2. Return Policy - 7 Days

Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be unopened and in original packaging
• Products must be in the same condition as received
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Perishable items may have different return conditions due to food safety regulations

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened food products (for health and safety reasons)
• Products damaged by misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after the 7-day return period

Shipping Charges:

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500
• Standard shipping charges apply for orders below ₹500
• Express shipping available at additional cost
• Remote area deliveries may incur additional charges

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
• We are not responsible for allergic reactions - please check ingredients carefully
• Customers with food allergies should consult ingredients before consumption
• We are not liable for damages due to misuse or improper storage
